I managed to make it through the whole hour...mainly to see if the rest of the show was as bad as the first 5 minutes. I actually feel bad for the cast, since I'm sure they took the roles thinking it might be something. Unfortunately, this show will be a career buster. I will not be watching the next episode.

I liked this show right up until we were force-fed non-binary characters. They do absolutely nothing to carry the story, and I believe they are there so they could "check a box" for the very vocal minority. Call me what you will, but I stopped watching due to that. I have no problem whatsoever with Stamets and Culber being gay... at least they know what they are. LOL
