You can be the greatest chef in the world but if you can't treat people decent it all is for nothing. Watching him throw tantrums gets annoying and makes you want to turn off the movie. It's hard to root for a character that behaves so aggressively. How the whole staff didn't quit on him is beyond me. He didn't deserve a michelin star or to have his drug money debt paid off.
