I honestly could not finish this book. Whatever "insights" I'm supposed to get will forever be unknown to me. There is just too much unnecessary fluff. The novel parts just drone on and on. The characters are so cleche and unrelatebale. Reading all the surfer slang just made me feel like I'm reading a rebelious 8th grader's English essay. It felt like the author tried to fit a motivational poster into a 300 page book and it just doesn't work. Luckily I got the book for free.
