I was helped so much in reception by women called Wendy I suffer anxiety and one of my kids lost pass to me it was holiday over but Wendy was so helpful I even tried to offer her a tip I said here is 20 give me 10 back she said it’s just my job that’s hard to find il come here again if that’s how staff are and that’s reception actually can’t wait for rest of my stay
