There was lot of information and good concept but key point of
1 how an individual house or community would negotiate directly with large mfg? They wouldn’t talk to you unless you buy millions… and once you have that capacity you become WalMart…. The community store concept he said is already there… it’s call mom and pop retail shops… they buy from Walmart and sell your house so you save time. I was hoping to get secret of how to directly go to mfg for small purchases for your house or 20 houses of your community…. It want there.
