While there are some truly amazing facts and information is given by the author in this book i think the sources of which he has gathered the info should be noticed he thanks all the British and foreign historian and some left historian for his primary research like neelkanth who was not agreat Tamil speaker himself who wrote the history of South India in Nehru's time .also the attack on Sindh in 6 th century is underlayed by the author no mention of rape or heavoc but the kings of the South India specially the cholas are highlighted with rapes and murder which I think someone needs to write a book of history of South India with actual translation of the prashshti and arecology read the book but i would say don't believe everything you read the writer is very against the nationalism of Hindus present day which reflects in his writing.one of the things he has said that aurangzeb speared the ellora temple and admired it someone needs to check on that point also
