Good book and nice lessons but somtimes the stories seems extremely elongated and filled with unnecessary details to the central theme of the book. Book is mostly about adressing mental health issues and having proper relationships. It is assumed doing those will energize the mind.

Usless textbook filled with research data and no real actionable advice. Self indulged author with irrelevant information that goes on for pages is dissapointing. I dont understand how the reviews are good. waste of time and money. could have been a blog post at max. Extremely boring narrarion style and too much blabbering.

Starts with the idea of having idle time. could have been a blog post max. after 20 pages its just random irrelevant pages of information to make it a book. strategy to implement the core idea not even addressed at all. it was all just blah blah blah

Drag. If you've read think and grow rich, skip this. It's stunning how someone can go on talking for 800 pages yet say nothing of value. There's no substance and unnecessary blah blah blah. Save your time and money, read the summary. Disappointed.

Deep work was really helpful. This one is a disappointment. After reading 30 pages found myself skipping, after 50 pages I gave up. This book was a drag, no real substance, even the case studies and stories seemed irrelevant and off topic most of the times. If you've read deep work and watched some of calports videos, skip this. The book had like 50% content and 50% reference pages. There was no concept, idea, or actionable steps. You already know all, I bought it so I could relate to case studies but even those were off topic. So not worth it.

No real substance. Same old cliche things we hear around. Extremely boring couldn't read after 7 pages. Just flowery language borrowed from classic books such as think and grow rich, etc. Might be suitable for a 13 year old. No action steps. Definetly did not talk about attitude, title inaccurate. Its more about success. Not worth the pages it is printed on. Better books available.

It's a good read. Only 2-3 powerful concepts in the entrie book. This book does a good job at social proofing it's ideas by connecting what other people say about the same thing
