Tehran started well but we soon see an immature poorly trained Mossad agent. Mossad would never send someone like her to do the job asked. she breaks rules, gets emotionally involved with ''sick boy'' and turn on her own people. Too many double entendre's and double crossing not plausible. The entire series so far is not representative of a real espionage Israeli intervention into Iran. yes the language and culture is good but the program lacks authenticity.

This was a great show until it wasnt. The final episode was so badly done that I changed my mind. all the stars were in a battle so poorly equipped and so open to be shot that it defied logic. The unit and Mossad behind it had no rpg's no back up, helicopter too late and procrastinating. The team was shot and dead or badly injured. The entire plot of that last episode was the antithesis of a secret fighting unit. They were like schoolkids in a playground being slaughtered in front of us. who dreamed up the last episode ought to be shot himself. The last episode negated everything positive about the show. I was yelling at the TV at how stupid the unit is and was. I have never been so disgusted with a show we really enjoyed until the end.

A Very good show, but once again the obsession with same sex attraction is disturbing. In Martas other show ''A Place to call home'' the constant distraction with male homosexuality was annoying. In Janet King, Marta is a lesbian and the show is trying to desensitize the audience to the point of normalcy of same sex relationships. The show is first and foremost about crime and justice but the writers are shoving in our faces a constant drumbeat of homosexuality as if everyone needs to embrace and celebrate it. Reasonable people dont care about your sexual proclivities and will not discriminate against you but are weary of the agenda front and center.

Very interesting show with an agenda designed to right some of the wrongs in Australia in the 50's. The underlying theme of the show is Homosexuality. It is an attempt to de sensitize people who have an aversion for homosexuality. Of course people should never discriminate against homosexuals but people have a right to not agree with it. One should never conflate discrimination with disagreement. The show however in one scene calls Doris a Nazi because Doris was uncomfortable with homosexuality. That was in extremis and unfair. There was some mild apology for it later but it was unnecessary. The show also casts its homosexual players as lustful and indiscriminate rather than committed to a same sex monogamy. The entire Bligh family is dysfunctional but both Noni Hazelhurst and Sara Adams are masterful in their roles with the latter dominating. George Bligh is the only one who has it together so to speak. Maltreatment of aborigines, lobotomy for ''deviant behavior'' and other social ills and prejudices that existed in Australia in the 50's. Beautiful scenery, wonderful script well articulated and some deep seated philosophical concepts are all present. However the laborious pre occupation with legitimizing homosexuality is pushed too far and spoils the balance of the show.
