Well, some good acting, some interesting special effects, lots of sexual encounters bordering on hardcore porno, now for the story: Illusions, and metaphors from the mind of a deranged would be Dr.Frankenstein, didn’t care for it, but I watched it because of the hype about it….

a slice of Hollywood Americana of the late 60's, in this instance revolving around the Sharon Tate murders. The main characters, a western type movie actor and his stunt double, are struggling to find new roles in the dwedling Indians v cowboys movie genre, allusions from Tarentino that it could Clint Eastwood is there, but miss the mark. The story line alternate between, Sharon Tate simpleminded glorious life in Hollywood,and our main protagonist who's struggling to find his place in a new role, by forgetting his line and drinking beyond limits. So, you take all this, shake it well, add a little bloody beating scenes, a few hippies, change some facts and there you have it, the latest from Tarentino.. My score: 3 out of 5
