Being a middle school aged child in the mid 80’s/early 90’s, this show brings back all the nostalgic feels. It takes me back to the era when it was fun to be a kid! The toys, the clothes, the innocence which was granted by lack of social media, and the music. My only (minuscule) complaint would be the ending of each episode. Promises to change certain characters behaviors, fights mended almost too easily, sudden bursts of love and affection (usually from Murray), and the belief that everything can be fixed with a simple sorry or an act of kindness at the end of the show-even if the apology isn’t particularly necessary. However, thinking about it as I type, tv shows from that era (Full House would be one example), made me realize that that was the general theme of sitcoms during that time period. 20 minutes of some kind of drama or chaos, then the last 7 minutes were carved out to make sure a reconciliation was made for a nice wholesome ending. I definitely recommend this show if you haven’t seen it.
