Just now finished this book, and I am sad it's over.
A hilarious book by a hilarious comedian, stock full of enjoyable characters and characters you love to hate. This is a tale of crime, and of poor old Gary Thorn whose admiration for a mysterious woman and desire for closure on his pal's murder, gets him knee deep in trouble.
The story is well told, and it was very hard to put the book down between reading sessions. Each story point was fairly in-depth, while never overstaying it's welcome, ensuring that the plot keeps moving along.
Definitely worth a read, this book is an absolute blast. Big props to the author, Bob Mortimer.
