I love the cast and the plot (discrimination, misogyny, sexual preferences and the industry). I especially love the romantic subplot. The characters wardrobes are beautiful 60s fashion. It’s just a fun watch that I look forward to watching. Can’t wait for Season 2.

In a society where divorce is all too common, the character’s angst, confusion and grief will be relatable for many. Interspersed with that reality are many cute, funny and lighter moments. I enjoyed the ride until the ending which just seemed to drop off a cliff. So for me a close four stars fell to three. However, it really was an enjoyable movie for the most part. I just wouldn’t call it a rom-com nor watch it with a first date—might not be good luck. Hmmm?
