I was lucky enough to be gifted this book by the lovely Holly Dobbie herself. I was intrigued by the beautiful cover and back-cover description of Aggie and her life. This book was a fast read, but one that makes you want to slow down and savour every gut-wrenching moment. The book was written in such a way that you want to reach out and save Aggie yourself, even if she is fictional. The story of these misfit teens is not just a story, but a reminder to oneself to be a tree in a world of shrubs.
