Smile 2 is one of the best horror movies of this decade, a worthy sequel, and definitely a must watch for the fans of Smile. The intertwining of a popstar's life with the smile curse is a good plot, and the movie has great acting performance from Naomi. The jump scares and special effects are excellent. Initially there's a loophole in the story, and the movie could have been 15-20 minutes shorter, but overall, satisfaction is guaranteed for admirers of horror genre.

It's a snoozefest, nothing much happens in almost 3/4th of the film, and whatever happens then is too less too late. The acting is ok but, the leading lady should have been a little more pretty to keep some engagement level in a movie which is almost two hours long and is even slower than a snail. My sincere advice is either don't watch it or if you finally decide to invest your precious two hours then have plenty of patience and please don't miss the context just before the end credits.

A very below average movie, Balraj Sahni as a lumpen SP was disappointing. Nischol was good however his character was not that strong. Priya Rajvansh was quite weird. Though really beautiful and definitely she could act well, but her dialogue delivery and mannerism were funny. Achla Sachdev, Jeevan, Nadira etc played their parts usually. The story and treatment was weak. But the music was saving grace with some songs having cult status. Overall the movie is a one time watch due to Navin Nischol.
