One word; “Seamless”. The first time I’ve walked out of a theater after seeing ANY movie in the past 15 years that I could definitively say that it was truly excellent. The perfect combination of comedy, emotion, brilliant animation,art and story. There was no question as to why certain things happened. There was no endless plot. There was no cliffhangers left wide open that would never get answered. There was no agenda, driven behind the film. Just purely Great. Knocked it out of the park. Keep it up, Dreamworks.

This is what happens when you focus too much on diversifying your cast selection in the name of “SoCiAL JusTiCe” and pandering, as opposed to focusing on plot, story and material. It’s pretty! The settings are nice, I’ll give them that. And it’s somewhat cool to see a familiar name from Shadow of War. Past that, just as with House of Dragon, Amazon has completely hoodooed the audience into tuning in each week to see the most lackluster, plotless, senseless series that they could come up with. To be completely fair, their competitors at HBO have put forth just as lackluster of a series, so if that’s what they’re competing with, well done, you both lose! I completely understand, now, why the Tolkien family held on to the rights of their property for so long.
