Wow some of these negative comments are absurd. I, on the other hand, appreciate all the context given in the documentary. In order to fully understand what happened with the Elisa Lam case you need to know all the perspectivess involved, i.e. the detectives, the maintenance workers, the hotel manager, the web sleuths, etc. Its literally storytelling 101 and if you can't be bothered to sit through a 4 part documentary, then go on YouTube - there are several videos about this case as well.
