Mards Healey

Loved loved the first book but the second is a little meh. I’m only 200 pages in and the heroine of the story has been solidly reduced to an immature child who potentially has an eating disorder?! It’s a bit frustrating after building her up to be this strong badass in book one. The ‘crime doesn’t match the punishment’ shall we say. Anyway hope this gets better. 3 stars mostly because book 1 was really great, lost 2 stars for disappointment so early on that I may not even finish book 2.
