The intensity of this movie was quite simply riveting. who knew how long it was- who cared? The story, the acting, the filmography and everything were the best I have seen in years. De Niro was flawless, Leo evolved into a Marlon Brando brand of pathetic loser that you wanted to hate completely but he kept reflecting human weakness in a way that kept being uncomfortably familiar or touched on the potential to see it in yourself. This movie is a new benchmark in confronting our humanity and how we stand up for it,or not. Also, who knew J Edgar Hoover started out life as a real hero? Bloody good movie👍 I hope that the Osage people approve of it but I don’t have a right to speak for them or their opinions but I applaud the attempt to unveil these deeply buried histories and atrocities.
