Katherine Millar

I loved this film. It sticks closely to the book and draws you in with its murder mystery, beautiful locations and reminders of the natural world. Coupled with this are the harsh realities of Kya's life in the marsh. It's always believable that she could live alone and it's ultimately uplifting when she is finally given the respect she deserves.
