It is absolutely ruined. It displays the wrong levels suggested for missions. They screwed it up so badly. Pointless to go and level up your character to go back and complete missions easier when all missions enemies upgrade with you. If it displays you should be level 100, well that means you need to be at least level 250+. Rediculous.
Also wtf? Making 2 helicopters disappear when you are on an island. Dumb azz sht right there.
