A lot of people here are talking about the fact that Alia Bhatt as an actor just couldn't fit for the role. If you are reading this review, she nailed the role and that's what defines an actor. A lot of people don't really get things they can be best at but then there are people who grab opportunities and give their best in it. That's Alia Bhatt. Don't judge the casting. Enjoy the movie. In terms of cinematography, the movie is amazing and SLB has done a great job. Some good dialogues is something one can see in every movie and that's because that's something that attracts the audience. No one would want to know a story that just goes as exactly as it truly is. It needed some sparks and so there were some things extra which I think made the movie more interesting and watchable. Definitely watch it. Worth every penny!!
