The story of this family gets me emotional from every adaptation I’ve seen. However, the was the story was portrayed throughout and especially at the end had me really sobbing. I don’t know the specific accuracy of every fact portrayed in this series. Regardless they are well thought out and true things that likely happened in wartimes. Sure maybe not everything was extremely accurate but that doesn’t mean the same if not similar thing happened to a victim/survivor/supporter/resistance fighter. I personally think you should go watch it. It really is a heart wrenching tear jerking amazing series
