The show has promise, but the crazy camera angles and seeming lack of continuity along with THE VERY LOUD MUSIC IN MANY SCENES are very annoying and detract from the story line....scene transitions are less than fluid, extreme closeups a bit hokey.....But I love Stabler & Benson and hope that the OC series can get its act together. If not, it will lose at least one audience member!! Also agree with Brian P and others who talk about the PC bs that seems to be so prevalent in this show....and the comment about the driving scene where the boss stares at Stabler for an inordinate amount of time - so no real driving involved......STOP THE P.C. content, the slams against the right and the cowtowing to diversity is over the top!
