Jump scares were there in the movie...people who are saying that there were none must have seen all the trailers many time ...which covered most of the jumpscares... Which made it quiet less scary , it could have been an all time great if that much of film was not revealed in the trailers and have bit more of plot depth.. But as a elite horror movie fan ... It was great than woman in black series which has same kind of plotting style...but not above anabelle:creation and conjuring..although it was a part of timeline..
