Leave your high brow at the door. Thin plot. Cheap puerile laughs. Affectionately roasting all that is sacred in the Fox and MCU superhero films. It’s stupid. Absurd. Foul mouthed. Dunderheaded. And bloody entertaining. The character interplay between Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman (playing the role he was born to play to perfection) - totally makes this one of the best marvel films in years.

Just fantastic. Story, characters. Great dynamic between Mobius (Owen Wilson is superb - best new character in MCU for ages) and Loki (Hiddleston is great as always). Unlike Wandavision (which I loved) and Falcon and the Winter Soldier (less so), feels like it has a truly satisfying final episode. This is worth getting the free trial of Disney+ for anyone on the fence.

I’d give it 3 1/2 if I could, so I’ll round up :) I loved the opening scenes with some really good character chemistry. The essential story was good, but perhaps a little over ambitious and doesn’t nail the landing IMO. however, entertaining and definitely worth paying a fiver at Vue to see at the cinema - and far, far from the worst MCU film.
