The makers of the film adopt a show-don't-tell approach to articulate how young women are brainwashed. The sequences move at a pace that is realistic & raw. Scenes are so sensitively shot & the violence is realistic. #AdahSharma is the heart & soul of the movie. Her eyes speak a thousand words & her accented Hindi is convincing & consistent, dialogues in Malayalam lend the film an additional flavour of authenticity. Other cast to shine in their respective roles. Background score, production value & direction are very good & elevates the scenes. To sum up, this isn't really about a region or a religion. For all intents & purposes, it is a raw & hard-hitting tale that explores how youthful naivety can fall prey to forces beyond their scope of imagination. #MustWatch

#EvilDeadRise : Horrifying #Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This 97 mins movie takes place in a household environment, this creates extreme tension & chaos b/n the family & how will they save themselves. There was a bunch of moments that were hard to watch, & couple of characters felt stupid at times. But by suspending disbelief, the movie truly achieves its goals. The horror & chaos were executed to perfection by camera work & bgm, along with the remarkable portrayal of a demon from hell by actors.
