Firstly, the staffs are pretty rude. Like you owe them $$$ and secondly, when they gave you 10mins of grace period, I think it should be vice versa, our time is money too. When I make the effort to turn up on time (15mins early) & I have to wait additional 20mins from my appointment time is unreasonable. Shouldn't you implement a system that if we wait more than 10mins from our appointment time you should gave us a discount as well?
