Starts out really good, then it kind of gets weird. It's still good, but it's weird. Very quickly becomes really horrific. Not really a bad thing, but like I said, it's pretty weird. The plot seems to accelerate a bit too quickly to adjust to new themes. Solid 4 stars.

Can almost feel the pain that must have been felt by Synder with the butchered theatrical release. In comparison, even though they're the same film, Snyder's cut is vastly improved. Almost in every way.
