I'm by no means a film enthusiast I literally pick them based on the actors/actresses and read the synopsis. This time my husband picked it - wasn't sure about the title but Julia Roberts swung me. It was awful. Who puts parts in movies....' part 1 the house' the parts had no relevance as it was never referenced at any point nor did it do that sometimes annoying thing of going back in time through the film so I found this pointless. The beach music.....was awful. Irritated the life out of me but at this point I was invested. The story line was rubbish. The couple who owned the house....that whole intro was wierd on the doorstep. Then planes began to fall out the sky, Tesla cars blocked the road and the ending was unfulfilling. I've never written a review before about a film or anything I've watched but this was that terrible I had to. Spend your time more wisely than watching this film.
