Did click and collect. Anaconda took my money. Went to the Highway store 5 hours later. No item in stock. ONLY THEN did I receive a notification and the order was cancelled. Shambolic. Waste of time and fuel. I was expecting to be offered a free delivery from stock elsewhere. Didn’t happen just got told I was going to be cancelled with no compensation or special consideration or empathy with me wasting my time. One star
