(Mild spoilers) Thoroughly enjoying the beautiful scenery and thrilling insight to the history of Middle Earth. It’s refreshing to have your favourite book/movie come back to life. If you enjoyed reading the books or watching the films this TV show is definitely for you! It’s important not to take anything too seriously which a lot of the negative reviews are doing. Each of the characters’ storylines are unique and captivating - my favourite is Elrond and Durin’s so far! I do love Galadriel’s portrayal as being a rebellious teenager - it makes complete sense as you get glimpses of this throughout Tolkien’s LOTR trilogy. I cannot recommend this show enough, for real Tolkien fans.
