Toni Lancey

I absolutely loved this book. It made me realize that most other 5 star reviews I've given we're too lenient. The world was interesting and unique, but easy enough to catch up to. The characters were dynamic and interesting. But mostly, the story itself was captivating. I immediately felt so strongly for these characters, and was continually heart broken for them in a way that was aching without being traumatic or painful. It was a lovely experience through and through.
