I was very disappointed in the ending. It seemed the author had a deadline to meet and just quit writing her story. She is a talented wordsmith and storyteller and I loved her characters. The ending was very unsatisfying to me. I read her response to questions about it, as others apparently felt the same way. I want a sequel, please, that doesn’t require me to draw my own dark conclusion.
