I honestly went into this hoping that it would be a good adaptation. I was not expecting for it to compare to Tobe Hooper's version, nor was I looking for a beat for beat rehash of the original mini-series. But...damn. If there was a way to make a horror movie light hearted, this would be the way to do it. It was like a kid's version of my all time favorite vampire movie. At no time did I feel any real atmosphere or tense moments that I adore in scary movies. And do not get me started on this version of Kurt Barlow. He looked more like one of the albino cave creatures in the Descent than a master vampire. It just goes to show that some movies should NEVER be remade because they were like someone caught lightening in a bottle and we were lucky enough to be shown. I will keep my treasured memories of the classic until the day that I die. Thank you to Tobe Hooper and everyone involved with that masterclass of film making!

Having played video games since the Atari and Coleco days, I pride myself in being able to spot games that appeal to my tastes. As soon as I watched a short trailer for Worldless, it immediately spoke to my inner child and I put it in my wishlist. After finishing Stellar Blade I needed something to tide me over until Elden Ring's DLC Shadow Of The Erdtree. This game did not disappoint me and I would recommend anyone that enjoys relaxing music and platforming to give this game a spin. Love everything about it!!!

It is honestly amazing to me that one of my favorite books from my childhood(Dune) looks like what my 15 year-old self imagined it to be all of those years ago. Considering the subject matter and how complicated the story gets, this film, to me, is a revelation and Denis Villenueve deserves every bit of the attention and accolades that are coming to him. I sat there on Sunday, after work, with my mouth open through most of the running time. Just WOW, the wait for Dune Messiah which I am certain is coming, is going to be excruciating indeed. Good job to everyone involved with this project and thank you for restoring my faith(get it, haha) in going to the movies!!!

Initially, I was gonna pass on this solely because of the online aspect, but I waited and Sony give it to me for free with PS Plus and included all DLCs as well. Being able to play this offline solo has really changed my opinion. I knew Gunfire Games already with ex Darksiders staff and now I am thoroughly enjoying this since reaching The Tower and opening it up. Very good title Gunfire, should have known lol!
