I found this very slow and tedious - to me it read like a book written for children as the style feels like the type of writing you’d teach at school. I finished the book on my phone when out and hadn’t realised it was about to end ! Which summed up how I felt about the book in general- slightly annoyed by it. I’m not sure why and I feel a bit mean saying it!
