How is M. Night still making movies? As a father of daughters, I can appreciate the promo of his little girl’s career but come on dude, it’s time to retire. This movie was absolutely terrible. My condolences to anyone who paid to watch it.

This show could be as good as P-Valley by doing the following: Hire real actors. Hire real screenplay writers. Shoot on a movie set vs. a soap opera set - the sets and lighting look like a stage production. Perform research on how the legal system operates - Too many discrepancies and loopholes. Pay attention to details - numerous errors/bloopers. Be consistent with the personalities of the characters. Worth repeating and most important - Hire skilled writers…and directors. Do these things and we will have a high quality show…“D-Valley”!

This reimagining of WOTW was truly a disappointment. Aside from being a super slow, boring grind; it was nonsensical on so many levels. Oh, and I much prefer non-humans as our nemesis under this title. Future humans versus present-day humans was a slap in the face to H.G. Wells. Where are the real aliens?
