I enjoyed the movie, there was a lot of tension and I think that brad Pitt did a pretty good job as the dedicated father trying to protect his family. It felt pretty realistic in terms of how humanity would react if something like this were to actually happen. I haven’t read the book yet so I can’t compare, but as a stand-alone movie I think it worked really well.
