Tired of watching the same Marvel movies over and over again. Tired of also doing the same thing with watching DC comics cartoons. Then tune into this. Made by Kohei Horikoshi comes one of the best adaptations of anime's this century. This series has two movies, multiple video games, and so much more.
One day 80% of people in the world developed superpowers or quirks as they call them. Follow Izuku Midoriya (or Deku) a quirkless (powerless) boy who still dreams of being a hero. He is scouted by the Japan's #1 hero All Might who passes his power to Deku and sends him to the most prestigious school for superheroes in training in hopes he can be an ideal hero.
This anime is crazy. The characters and their designs are amazing. Almost everyone might be your favorite character (except Mineta and maybe tail guy (forgot his name)) including the villains. Plus sometimes you can clearly see that the powers are based off of already existing hero or villain like Spider-Man and Superman or Mystique and the Joker. The fight scenes out of this world. You can honestly watch them over and over and over again because they are literally that amazing especially in season 4. Can't really find anything wrong with this though other than some people have powers that can make them unkillable gods and other people are stuck with powers that make them have an umbrella for a head. Other than that it has awesome music, smooth character development, a story line you can immerse yourself in and its funny. Don't even get me started on the opening and ending songs. I give My Hero Academia 10 Plus Ultra's out of 10. This is a must watch if you like One Punch Man like the superhero genre in general.
