Dune 2021. I really was anticipating this movie. I did not see any previews, trailers, or clips, I did not read any reviews either. Don’t bother watching, The soundtrack doesn’t’ add value or meaning to the story. With all the advances in technology, one would think the SFX would outshine the 1984 version, but with the exception of the flying Thoptors, it’s doesn’t. The cinematography is dark & the film editing is so choppy it makes the story hard to follow. The only actors that shine are Jason Momoa’s Duncan & Stellan Skarsgard ‘s Baron Harlingen. The rest are shallow, lackluster and wooden. Don’t waste you money or time on Dune 2021
