Wow. What a deep, human look into this secretive tradition. I didn’t know anything about it except that Ralph Fiennes was the head liner so it had to be good. Do NOT read about it, just see it. The twists make the movie.

Don’t go expecting an award caliber movie however the dive into the relationships, especially Roy Cohn, were worth the money. I am old enough to have lived through Donald’s era of building in manhattan, Ivana, then Marla. I remember his interviews and news articles bragging about himself and his audacious golden ‘apartment’.
