Disappointed. Not with Piolo Pascual or JC Santos’ performance, because it was nothing but spot on. The whole story line and pacing was the one that was disappointing. I thought that it would dwell more on the persona of who Fr. Severino Mallari really was. But we got an overwhelming plot of Filipino ghosts and demons folklore, and made the whole Fr. Mallari plot a background to the telling of withcraft and voodoo. It would have been better if it was the real psyche and murderous pattern of Fr. Mallari. It was just a movie with too much happening all at once. 4.5/10
