The worst. Not only were they over an hour and a half late but after landing over an hour to get off the plane Using the lame excuse that they are waiting on an agent to open the gate. This after waiting 40 minutes because they first said that there was another plane in their spot. When I asked the attendant why, she blamed it on OIA short staffed. Stop blaming Covid for everything people!!!
I think they are lowest on the priority totem pole at OIA therefore they will continue to have these issues.
