I loved the story premise, I understand the trope - I was really looking forward to a great telling, but damn, it could’ve been written so much better. And as a graphic designer, I take offense to how work scenarios were depicted. Couldn’t be further from reality. Justice Smith in The Get Down was magical. Guess I was hoping for the same magic here.
