I held off watching #5 because it received such bad reviews. I just watched it and as a huge fan of the POC franchise, I have to say it was an entertaining movie. Not as good as the first 3, but better than #4 (On Stranger Tides). I did notice the CGI was pretty bad in comparison. Sadly, I have to say that the beloved and always supercool Johnny Depp is beginning to show his age. (Hate to say it but we are the same age, sooooo). So, yes, after 4 sequels, we can safely say it is time to put Captain Jack Sparrow on a shelf somewhere and let him and his adventures live in infamy. 🥰❤️😉😔
