I actually really like this show. It reminds me of pretty little liars because the villain is interacting through phones and or social media focused on a group of teens who all have their pro's and cons about them. They aren't the purest of teens, but aren't the most evil teens out there either. It also makes you think what exactly the gardener went through to make other people they don't even know/deem fit to join the red rose app, and be their judge/jury along with all the other people on the internet who are watching. I also like how the season finale also sets up another season for a new location. If this show does that well each season gives a whole new set of actors and actresses around the world the ability to get recognized until no one is able to carry out red rose. Though on the creepy side, it makes you suddenly remember that the dark web actual exists and worse things happen that we don't know about.
