The story line is predictable, the acting awful, and the writing horrid. And whoever was in charge of locations and backgrounds needs a new job. Earthquakes pop up with huge crevasses everywhere, helicopter lands in the same field (supposed to be Reno) as previous one took off from, flat lands in every direction but immediately the heros had to push a 180# crate up steep hills, one of leads had literally to push himself off a pickup truck into a crevasse to his death because his slip and fall was so unbelievable….

I was very pleasantly surprised by this film. I was surfing for something that would be background noise while I worked on other stuff, but found myself watching rather avidly. Although there were some predictable elements, which were well done by the way, there were enough twists and turns to render the plot unexpectedly interesting. I plan to watch it again both for pure entertainment and to pick up details I missed.
