Biomutant deserves so much more credit than its getting. Its such a fun, quirky, and unique game. It literally has everything you want. Multiple biomes, mounts, and gadgets. The amount of different gear you can get is insane. You can basically craft any weapon you want. Also, the combat is just straight up fun and fluid. There's very minor flaws with the game, to me they aren't even worth mentioning. (I play on PS4) The game is definitely worth $60 IMO. There is just so much to do and so many things to see. Its very easily one of my favorites and I've been gaming for about 25 years. Get the game and try it for yourself, it's the only true way to judge something.
