I find Mr. Perry extremely brilliant, but I always walk away from his movies, feeling haunted and uncomfortable! All that talent could be used to uplift people to strengthen people! Why does he never give Black people a break? Don’t they deserve a happy ending once in a while?
I don’t wanna watch anymore of his movies as I don’t wanna walk away feeling so disturbed anymore
