I'm so excited to see this movie and when it came out, it may not be what I'm expecting to see. The movie get that classic horror thriller feeling of the 50's. The color gradient, some acting maybe awkward but good. One actor standout and it was Jenna Ortega, the rest are just blandly acting. I'll give it 4 stars since it really get that horror feeling but the ending, not satisfied. I'm sorry.

At first, I'm not really sure if I'm going to watch this movie. The reviews are really awful despite directed by James Wan. And because I have a free time, finally, I already watched this film, and to be honest, reviews here are just mean because I love it. At the first part of the movie, you can't understand what was happening. Who is who, who kidnap who. But maybe half of the time, the movie gets intense. And the finals scenes are darn good. The prison and the police scene was the best I've scene for action movies since 2020. Good thing I watched this one. DON'T HESITATE AND WATCH THIS!! NEVER REGRETTED IT.

This is probably one of the best movies in 2019. Samara Weaving is such a good actress, damn, she made me clench my jaw while watching the movie. The thriller and the comedy compliments each other. Not to cringe, not trying-hard, perfect balance of the two. And the final scene? Unbelievable in a good way. THIS IS GOOD TO WATCH WITH FAMILY.
