Not sure why people are giving this 5 stars. It’s predictable and forgettable - like a standard made for Netflix movie.
Ridiculous way of story telling - writing letters that long between action, when the hall do you find the time to write an essay?!
Plot is like a bad episode of Stargate

Initial chapter where he was kidnapped was good, then just got predictable and meh. If you’ve read tons of sci-fi books this ain’t gonna blow your mind. Forgettable.
